During our interview with Francesca Madonna, we understood that she does not like to talk about herself, as she considers it reductive and unnecessary; she prefers to show who she is through her work, to which she is devoted and passionate. Francesca Madonna earned her master’s degree in law at the University of Naples Federico II, where she distinguished herself with an experimental thesis in penitentiary law, written in conjunction with a project launched at the Secondigliano prison—proposed by her and accepted by the then director of the institution—as part of an effort to fully implement the function of punishment as a means for the subsequent social reintegration of the offender, as provided by Italian law and forming the basis of the penitentiary system. At just 22 years old, this became one of the most significant milestones in her education, leaving an indelible awareness that one must never forget that behind a file there is a person with their own story, and that, just like a doctor, a lawyer holds the lives of their clients in their hands, with the added responsibility that before the law, the freedom and dignity of individuals are also at stake (values to which anyone it is more closely related). This thesis has become a book, soon to be published and shortly available in all Mondadori group bookstores. The discussion of the thesis receives praise from the academic examination committee, and from that point, his career as a criminal lawyer begins.

Her life and passion for entrepreneurship (inherited from family tradition) also lead her to specialize in the field of business law and legal services aimed at entrepreneurs, a subject in which she is pursuing a second degree, just a few exams away from completion. She joins the register of experts in public procurement and consolidates her experience in managing and optimizing company resources, laying the groundwork for the creation and management of business development plans that she is commissioned to handle, through which she becomes increasingly recognized. Her management consulting naturally emerged from the advice she was continuously asked for by friends and relatives, not only in legal matters but also in financial, tax, bureaucratic, and managerial areas.
Francesca, in fact, founded as many as five companies in various sectors such as acrobatic gardening, agriculture, catering, and hospitality, areas in which she develops solid strategic, managerial, and legal expertise, establishing herself as a respected and authoritative professional in her field. The more she becomes passionate about this sector, the more she realizes she can make it the center of her activity. She thus founded Donna Madonna Services, conceived as an opportunity to put her cultural knowledge at the disposal of those who can appreciate its value, with the aim of generating income and growth for the entire region. Thanks to my legal background and the strategic vision gained in the field, I support entrepreneurs and emerging companies in correctly setting up corporate structures, creating solid, sustainable, and recognizable businesses in the market, managing legal requirements, and optimizing operational processes. I handle business development, strategic planning, complex project management, and operational coordination across the entrepreneurial, film, and sports sectors.

The goal of this product is to offer a high-quality pathway even to those who, despite having the right determination, cannot yet afford to access the one-to-one services offered by DonnaMadonna, in order to provide specialized training that is necessary to properly manage the development of a project at an early stage, especially when working alone or for the first time, and even more so to manage the growth of the resulting company in the subsequent phase. The program aims, therefore, to help acquire, improve, and integrate the essential skills needed to create or strengthen a successful business both online and offline, mitigating the risk of wasting the sacrifices made and the financial resources invested.

Alongside my managerial career, I have pursued an artistic path based on education and personal expression.
I attended the Maison de la Danse academy in Rome and Opus Ballet in Florence, specializing in classical dance, modern jazz, contemporary, neoclassical, hip hop, and musical theater.
Over the years, I have expanded my journey into acting and performative communication by attending the DAM Academy in Naples. This artistic path represents for me not only a form of expression but also a school of empathy and stage presence, qualities I consider fundamental in leadership and business management.
“For as long as I can remember, others have never been very inclusive towards me. I was a child of separated parents in the ’90s and yes, I was strange, different. I’ve always thought a lot and lived a long time in my inner world, so in hindsight, I understand how difficult it is for others to comprehend me from the outside. Growing up, you can imagine, what a sweetie… Well, art doesn’t have these problems, art always welcomes you, and I happily took refuge in it. This love has grown more and more over time and has allowed me to shape that crazy, creative streak I’ve always felt flowing inside me, the one that all artists perceive and cannot do without.” Francesca has devoted herself on one hand to dance (mainly classical, but also completing her training with modern jazz, contemporary, neoclassical, hip hop, and musical) and on the other hand to acting (theatrical, television, and film), as well as to performative communication (effective communication, nonverbal communication, diction, breathing/meditation/concentration techniques, management of stress and performance anxiety, etc.). “I believe that everything I have learned and made my own—in these artistic fields, if we want to call them that—are skills that are equally necessary and fundamental in leadership and business management, especially nowadays when how you sell yourself, sometimes rather almost always, matters more than what you sell…”
“I always try to convey a bit of my world and my way of observing it to those who collaborate with me or to those who decide to trust me, art is an essential piece for me because it has the power to make everything more harmonious and natural…”
Over time, Francesca tells us, she had to think about how to bring together and give coherence, within her adult life, to all these passions, and she reveals: “Well, currently 57 million people purchase products in the e-learning market, generating profits of over 342 billion dollars just in 2024, with an estimated 682 billion dollars by 2033 (with an annual growth rate of 8%). So why not bring all my skills together into a video course accessible even to those who cannot yet access my one-to-one services, but can still appreciate their value. In this way, I could offer a useful service to society and at the same time generate revenue to dedicate myself to film production. Here, for those who, while spending time reading this presentation, might have wondered, this is what I am currently dedicating myself to, this is the true core of this ambitious digital project of mine!
At the moment, the production company has in the pipeline, to be funded:
Two films (drama and comedy);
Two documentaries (top secret);
A web/TV series (of which we will reveal a few small details, at the right time, on TikTok content);
And a team of professionals including artists and elite crew, ready to follow Francesca on this great adventure in the spirit of continuity and innovation.
